Well I know I've been really horrible about updating my blog this month- I don't really know what to say in my defense. The past three days I've been sick, so there hasn't really been much going on there. Just a lot of sleeping and throat lozenges. I've decided it's not really fun being sick, but even so I'd rather be sick with the flu than go get a shot for it. Hayden thinks that's the funniest thing, even though he was the one crying a good ten minutes after he got his. I guess that dislike for shots just isn't something you grow out of.

We went to a carnival today. Alot of the stuff was more geared towards the younger kids, but it was still fun. I got to ride a horse- and quickly remembered that I really don't like riding horses. Something about trusting an animal with your immediate safety just doesn't appeal to me. I rode for a short while, but soon had to get off. I don't know how I ended up growing up in rural/small town Utah- I'm a city girl through and through.
