Oak Creek Canyon

So this was my first real summer of '09 vacation, down in Oak Creek Canyon. My Aunt's family owns some cabins down there and we visit every now and then. I have to say, I hadn't realized how much I missed the mountains until I was actually in them again! (I had opted out on the whole Girls Camp thing.) It's very beautiful there. I love the quiet air, the smell, and the gorgeous trees. When I was in 5th grade I secretly dreamed about living in the mountains all on my own because it seemed like it would be a lot less complicated and a lot less cheaper. Now I've learned that I'm probably better suited for only visiting them. :)
