After moving here I was told about how bad the Monsoon storms were- and we ended up having a really dry season and I didn't see anything unusual! This storm was pretty bad though- it got the Queen Creek wash running, there were trees down everywhere, tons of really big puddles and roads closed, and there was actually a tornado watch for part of the valley. It was rainy for about three to four days! Since Trevor works in the fields he was put out of work for a few weeks due to all the rain we got and the fact that most of the fields were underwater... We ended up getting our average annual rainfall in just that week. Personally I love the rain, so this was fun for me!
