Well! Here's one of those updates that come after a period of time that I've spent avoiding blogging. :)
I have a new job! After many job applications, interviews, and rejection letters, I found a job at World Market. Originally I applied for a simple sales floor position, and wasn't that enthused about the idea. In fact, I came very close to cancelling the interview altogether, but decided against it on a whim. The manager interviewed me, and brought up the fact that I was also qualified for a position that was full time and higher up. I asked her more about it, and after a few more interviews I'm the new POS coordinator. It's better pay, much better hours, and a lot more benefits.
I've had an article and piece of artwork that is going on a Bipolar resource site, I'll link it to you when the site is finished.
My friend Amanda and I have started looking at apartments. It's an interesting process. We've found the complex we want to be in and the apartment we want, but unfortunately all the utility deposits have set us back so we'll have to save up for a bit. It's funny how much the initial cost is versus month to month. Until then I've started stocking up on household goods from the Dollar store. You'd be surprised what you can find there.
That's all for now! See you in another three months, haha. :)
